Information
All vaccinations are dispensed on site with techniques to minimize discomfort, and severe side effects are rare. Please make your appointments at least 6 weeks before departure to ensure adequate time to complete injection regime if possible. When you organize an appointment please either complete the online form using the menu or print and complete the Pre Travel Assessment form to bring with you on the day of your consultation. Previous immunizations and your specific itinerary are important information to bring with you. People living in the Ballarat area can contact City of Ballarat Council for a list of childhood vaccinations.
Some vaccinations may require you to remain at the practice for up to 30 minutes so please take this in to account when planning your day.
